Return & Exchange Policy

At Fiénna, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our pieces. Please review our return and exchange policy carefully before making a purchase.

Ready-to-Wear Items

Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery. Exchange requests must be notified within 1 day of receiving the order. To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must:

  • Be unworn, unused, and in original condition
  • Have all original tags attached
  • Be returned in the original packaging
  • Include the receipt or proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Custom-made or personalized products

  • Altered Ready-to-Wear items

  • Perfume or fragrance products

  • Gift cards

Sale Items

Sale items are eligible for a refund within 3 days of receipt, provided that:

  • They are in original packaging
  • They have not been worn, used, or altered

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return:

  1. Email us at orders@fienna.comwith your order details.

  2. Once approved, we will provide return instructions and arrange pickup where applicable.

Damages and Issues

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  • within 24 hours of receiving the item.

  • Provide clear images showing the issue

After assessment, Fiénna will take the necessary steps.
In such cases, return shipping costs are covered by Fiénna, and pickup will be arranged.


Exchanges

  • The fastest way to receive a replacement item is to return the original item.
  • Once the return is approved, you may place a new order for the replacement item.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of approval.

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 business days.

  • Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process the refund

  • If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact info@fiennaofficial.com


International Returns and Shipping Costs

  • International orders are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on international orders where applicable.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable for both local and international purchases.
