At Fiénna, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our pieces. Please review our return and exchange policy carefully before making a purchase.

Ready-to-Wear Items

Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery. Exchange requests must be notified within 1 day of receiving the order. To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must:

Be unworn, unused, and in original condition
Have all original tags attached
Be returned in the original packaging
Include the receipt or proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

Custom-made or personalized products
Altered Ready-to-Wear items
Perfume or fragrance products
Gift cards

Sale Items

Sale items are eligible for a refund within 3 days of receipt, provided that:

They are in original packaging

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return:

Once approved, we will provide return instructions and arrange pickup where applicable.

Damages and Issues

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

within 24 hours of receiving the item.
Provide clear images showing the issue

After assessment, Fiénna will take the necessary steps.
In such cases, return shipping costs are covered by Fiénna, and pickup will be arranged.

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a replacement item is to return the original item.
Once the return is approved, you may place a new order for the replacement item.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of approval.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 business days.

International Returns and Shipping Costs

International orders are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on international orders where applicable.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable for both local and international purchases.
