Orders within the United Arab Emirates

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after order confirmation.
  • Free delivery is available across all UAE cities.
  • Delivery within the UAE typically takes 1–3 business days after dispatch.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is available at no additional charge.
  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details and order updates via email or phone number.

International Orders

  • We ship worldwide.
  • International orders are processed after payment confirmation.
  • Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on destination and customs clearance.
  • Cash on Delivery is not available for international orders.
  • Tracking details will be shared via email or phone number once the order is dispatched.

Shipping Costs

  • UAE: Free delivery to all cities, including Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah, and Fujairah.
  • International: Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination, item weight, and dimensions.
  • All shipping charges are collected at checkout and are non-refundable.

Dispatch Time

  • UAE orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days.
  • International orders are dispatched after payment confirmation.

Change of Delivery Address

  • Address changes are only possible before the order has been dispatched.
  • Any address modification requested after dispatch may result in delivery delays.

Tracking Notifications

Parcels Damaged In Transit

  • If a parcel arrives damaged, please refuse delivery where possible and notify us immediately.
  • If the parcel is delivered in your absence, contact info@fiennaofficial.com
     as soon as possible and provide clear photos of the damage.

Taxes & Duties

  • Sales tax is included in the displayed product prices.
  • Fiénna is not responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees on international orders. Any such charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
